Charmaine isn’t just passionate about marketing, she’s lived and breathed it since she was 13. Too young to work legally, she convinced a marketing company to ‘hire’ her in exchange for gifts including a PlayStation, iPod, Nikes, CDs - the list goes on. 22 years later, her passion for marketing and business is stronger than ever.

As the Founder of Little Miss Social , Charmaine works closely with beauty-based businesses, helping them increase profits and become fully booked. She’s partnered with over 500 businesses throughout her career, helping them scale and achieve consistent success. Her hands-on, no-nonsense approach, combined with extensive experience, has made her a trusted expert in business growth.

While Charmaine mentors smaller salon owners, she also works closely with two larger beauty brands; Locks Lash, Australia’s longest-standing lash and brow educator. At Locks Lash she’s been instrumental in shaping the brand’s voice and boosting its visibility, helping it reach audiences globally through smart, creative marketing. Charmaine also is personal mentor to Ana James, the world’s #1 SMP artist and founder of INKD SMP, Australia’s #1 scalp micropigmentation clinic and training facility.

While Charmaine now focuses on working with small businesses, she’s also worked with global giants like Lindt, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, and Fiat, blending corporate experience with a passion for helping independent businesses thrive.
